Where to Start

Getting Started with the BeX AI Assistants

Create an Account

To start using the BeX AI Platform, you need to sign up first.

  1. Open your browser and go to
  2. Look for the “Don’t have an account?” and click the “Create New BeX Account” button to be redirect to the sign up page.
  3. Fill up the Sign Up form by providing the necessary details.
  4. Once done, click the “Create an Account” button to submit your registration.
  5. Upon successful registration, you will be redirected to the login page. Type in your credentials to login and access BeX AI Platform.

Be part of an organization to use the assistants in the BeX AI Platform . You can either create or join an organization.

  1. Click the Create Organization button to show the form
  2. Enter your desired organization name. Click the “Create Organization” button.
  3. You will be prompted to create a sub organization after the main organization is created.

Note: The Organization name cannot be changed after creation.

  1. Ensure you are on the “Join an Organization” tab.
  2. Enter your Organization’s name in the search bar.
  3. Click the Request to Join button.
  4. Wait for the owner or an admin of the organization to accept your request.
